Finalogic, AmagisTech and Crystal Intelligence are bringing senior leaders together in Nicosia for a focused discussion on defensible compliance and digital-asset security.

Regulated financial and digital-asset organisations face a common challenge: turning broad regulatory expectations into controls that work in practice and evidence that stands up to scrutiny. Finalogic is convening an invitation-only executive briefing with AmagisTech and Crystal Intelligence to examine that challenge from governance, cybersecurity and blockchain-intelligence perspectives.

Hosted at The Landmark Nicosia from 09:00 to 14:00, the five-hour programme is designed for board members and senior leaders across compliance, legal and audit functions at electronic money institutions, payment institutions, Cyprus investment firms, crypto-asset service providers and virtual asset service providers. A working breakfast and lunch will provide additional time for peer discussion.

The briefing will explore the practical relationship between DORA, NIS2 and ISO 27001 expectations, helping attendees translate requirements into specific controls and defensible evidence. The discussion will also consider wallet protection, testing and continuous compliance evidence — areas where governance decisions and technical implementation must remain closely aligned.

Blockchain tracing will form a central part of the programme, with attention to wallet screening, investigations, escalation and reporting. Participants will also examine practical security measures covering keys, approvals, transaction verification and incident response, connecting financial-crime controls with operational resilience.

By combining Finalogic’s regulatory and control expertise with AmagisTech’s cybersecurity capabilities and Crystal Intelligence’s blockchain analytics, the session offers an integrated view of risk. The objective is not simply to interpret regulation, but to help decision-makers understand what reliable implementation and audit-ready evidence look like in day-to-day operations.
